All transport and tourist services of MULTILIMO are private.
- Transport and driver.
- Foreigner language speaking driver (if requested).
- Civil responsibility and Personal Accidents Insurances for the clients.
Prices don’t include:
- Monuments, Museums or other places entrance fees.
- Clients meals or hotels, even if recommended by MULTILIMO staff.
- Toll roads and parking if is a custom made service.
Transfers and Shuttles
MULTILIMO doesn’t take responsibility for oversized luggage or excess of pieces that can affect the space availability in the requested vehicle.
Flights, cruises, trains, delays or cancellations, or others delays that are clients responsibility, may be subject to extra charge when superior to 1 hour.
Provision of Services
MULTILIMO undertakes to provide all services requested with the conditions agreed at the moment of the reservation confirmation.
Services will be at the clients disposal in the places, dates and schedules indicated by clients or displayed in this web site for the standard tours.
The itineraries and schedules can be subject to changes as by clients request, however, MULTILIMO does not take responsibility if those changes can compromise the visits to some of the monuments, museums or other places to be visited.
Services Confirmation and payment
MULTILIMO will not take responsibility for incomplete or wrong information supplied by the client, regarding the meeting places, date and time.
Will not be considered confirmed reservations, those that do not possess all information contained in the reservation form, except those relating to the number of credit card. In this situation, MULTILIMO will provide alternative means of payment.
Both reservation confirmation and its payment shall be effective up to 24 hours before the requested services.
MULTILIMO Cancelations Responsibility
MULTILIMO undertakes to provide to the costumer EQUIVALENT SERVICE when for any reason it’s not possible to provide the service as requested by client. It is MULTILIMO responsibility to provide an equivalent service with the conditions previously agreed, or to refund all amounts received in order to confirm its reservation.
Clients Cancelations Responsibility
Up to 24 hours prior to the provision of services, MULTILIMO will not charge any amount for the cancellation of the client.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours:
- 50% of the amount of the requested service, for a single day services or transfers.
- First day total amount, if the service takes more than 1 day.
In any situation, the maximum amount to be charged will be 200 Euros.
